As our costs are less than conventional headhunting firms our fees can be commensurately reduced. Our fees are based on the complexity of the work and the time we believe it will take to complete. We agree our fees up front, rather than as a percentage of salary, so that our interests are aligned during the salary negotiations and landing of the preferred candidate.
