We are passionate about research and believe it is our focus and the time we commit to research that sets us apart from our competitors. We will agree a research strategy with you and undertake an indepth process that will see us calling a wide range of individuals as sources. As recommendations for your role emerge we build a picture of who are the best people for your appointment. We approach these individuals, engage them and conduct a telephone interview to assess their interest in and relevance for the role. By taking more trouble over the research you can be confident that the field of potential candidates has been thoroughly covered. This allows us to have one of the highest first time completion rates in industry.
Taking trouble to identify the key qualities and experience required is a sine qua non for a successful appointment. But we go beyond this. We will speak to a wide range of internal stakeholders to the position. This consultation raises buy-in from across your organisation. It also allows us to get a better understanding of who will succeed, who will not and makes us more powerful advocates to those people we are approaching on your behalf.
We will report back to you on a weekly basis so that you can follow the progress of the search. Communication is further enhanced because when you appoint us as your search consultants the research is not outsourced to a research business. Instead, we undertake all research in-house.
